Documents Needed

1. Digital photo with white background and no borders (clear image, JPG image, <2M).

2. Certificate of job qualification (issued by current employing unit)

3. Scan copy of the passport data page containing personal information.

4. If to be accompanied by family members, please provide scan copy of proof of relationship (such as marriage

　certificate or birth certificate of children). The above proof materials should be notarized by China’s embassies

　in your passport country.

5. Employment contract signed with USTC.

6. Scan copy of the highest academic degree/diploma.

7. CV  

8. Physical Examination Record of applicant (see attachment). The original document should be　submitted upon
　arrival in China,and scan copies of all required test reports must be enclosed. The photo on the Physical  
　Examination Record should bear the seal of the examining hospital.
